Marked the official kick-off meeting of the MSCA Doctoral Training Network “INTELLI-INGEST”, hosted at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna Biorobotics Institute near Pisa, Italy.
This ambitious EU and UKRI funded programme brings together an outstanding consortium of academic, clinical, and industry leaders from across Europe — including DTU Health Tech, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, University of Thessaly, IETR, School of Engineering, University of Birmingham, Ovesco Endoscopy AG, BioCam, Mycro3D ApS, BodyCAP, King’s College London, and Odense University Hospital.
Over the next 3.5 years, INTELLI-INGEST will train a new generation of research leaders in ingestible medical devices, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in robotics, microsystems, nanomedicine, and AI. Our aim: to accelerate the clinical translation of intelligent, miniaturised devices that can transform diagnostics and therapy within the human body.
We’re excited to collaborate across sectors and disciplines — and we welcome engagement from industry partners keen to shape the future of this fast-moving field.
🔬🤝 Stay tuned for opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and inspire.
